MO2 POS and Stripe Payment Integration

Motion On 2 Inc. uses MO2 POS to support studio checkout and its integration with Stripe payment services. MO2 POS is intended for use by authorized studio staff.

When a Stripe merchant account is connected, MO2 POS may access merchant and device identifiers, connection credentials, and transaction information needed to request payments and check payment outcomes. Transaction information may include payment identifiers, amounts, dates, and payment status. Studio sales records may associate this information with a customer and the services purchased.

We use this information to facilitate checkout, maintain sales records, reconcile payment outcomes, and troubleshoot the integration. Information necessary to perform these functions is exchanged with Stripe and the service providers supporting our checkout system.

Payment-card information entered on a Stripe terminal is handled by Stripe and the applicable payment providers under their own privacy policies.

Disconnecting Stripe stops the integration’s future access but does not automatically delete previously created sales or payment records. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion of information held by Motion On 2 can be sent to info@motionon2.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal, accounting, or transaction-related obligations.
